Role:

- Revenue and market share projections for identifying gaps & devising business strategy.
- Develop Go-To-Market strategy and delivery roadmap for Debit products
- Support Product Sales & Account Teams in the creation and promotion of value propositions and market analysis
- Create and present customized CVPs for new issuances across 20+ debit issuers via identifying gaps in portfolio, competition benchmarking, consumer behaviour and growing segments.
- Facilitate issuance of new bin and track benefits implementation while liaising with customer delivery, Loyalty, Marketing, and third-party vendors (Thriwe, TENs concierge, Taj, Oberoi, Alliance) to ensure seamless launch.
- Track portfolio metrics – Activation rate, Auth rate, Spend/transaction per card etc., and support issuers (no D&S engagement) with regular QBRs
- Engage with issuer partners to drive greater penetration across their portfolio
- Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends, understanding their implications for MasterCard
- Expand Market Share for MasterCard Debit through effective product design and activation & spend campaigns
- Collaborate with Consumer and Customer Marketing Teams to support the launch of programs as well as to develop product collateral.
- Create and maintain a library of best practice and case study examples
- Identify strategic business-building opportunities in products and services that can be offered, developed and implemented for customers
- Be responsible for idea generation; concept validation; and business case development for product propositions
- Apply market research and conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts and communicate them to
- Work with regional & loyalty team to revamp network benefits relevant to India market, basis inputs from issuers
- Execute new projects arising due to market need/ regulatory changes/ internal strategy like:
• Contactless initiative – chip fund allocation to drive issuance along with targeted engagements like CL clinics, CL accelerator
• Create campaigns for brand visibility & ongoing communication to garner spends across key spending seasons – IPL, World Cup, Summer & XB Travel, Diwali, End of Year Holidays

All About You:

Understanding of web & mobile applications, including integration frameworks & architectures.
Operational understanding of digital payments technologies, platforms, solutions
• Ability to leverage technical knowledge & real world experience to solve complex business problems.
• Excellent problem solving, product documentation, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
• Ability to influence people at multiple levels and navigate a global, decentralized organization
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to develop creative solutions for customer needs across multiple products and services.
• Occasional travel required.
