The Role & Team
Ready to make an impact? Our Audiology department is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join the team on a 14 month fixed term contract. This is your chance to be the go-to person for all things audiology-related. You'll manage our general audiology inbox, acting as the first point of contact for queries and escalations, while supporting our Audiology Partners and Support Office team with various audiology-related questions and tasks.
You'll be at the heart of the action, coordinating audiology induction programs, setting up system access for new store openings, and ensuring reports are accurately distributed within tight deadlines.
We embrace a hybrid work approach to ensure a great work-life balance. When you're not working remotely, you’ll be based at our Support Office in Port Melbourne,.
The Skills We’re Looking For:
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you’ll be the clear communicator others rely on
• A keen eye for detail to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Retail or Audiology experience is a bonus, but not essential
