The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Officer and the broader People Leadership Team. This role plays a vital part in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, helping our leaders stay focused and effective. You’ll be central to managing day-to-day priorities, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the team is well-supported across a range of activities.
What you’ll do
As Executive Assistant to the CPO and People Leadership Team, you’ll provide reliable and efficient support across a variety of tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Preparing documents and coordinating logistics for leadership meetings and team events
- Assisting with communications and follow-ups across the People & Culture function
- Processing expenses, invoices, and supporting general administrative tasks
- Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Supporting coordination of team off-sites, workshops, and other key events
You’ll be trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion and to juggle competing priorities with a calm and professional approach.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other adhoc systems
