- Job Purpose
- Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the FBO facility meets all
ExecuJet standards to deliver a first class
VIP experience for all customers.
This includes the FBO lounge, reception, bathrooms, boardrooms, kitchen, entrance, airside, and associated areas;
- Develop, implement and ensure customer services to all passengers and guests;
- Responsible for facilitating the arrival and departure of aircraft and their passengers;
- Greet and welcome passengers/guests to FBO;
- Facilitate comfort of passengers/guests and create harmonious atmosphere;
- Coordinate aircraft servicing in an efficient and timely
manner;
- Render personal service to VIP passengers/guests in the FBO;
- Work closely with Ramp Agents to ensure an efficient and professional service is delivered;
- Liaise with Ramp Staff / ExecuJet Operations, ExecuJet
Maintenance and other stakeholders to determine flight details and requirements;
- Provide FBO customer services as requested by the customer in line with ExecuJet
standards;
- Work alongside reception to provide front desk cover as and when required ensuring customer service is prioritized to all guests and passengers whilst ensuring the objectives of reception are met;
- Required to go to main airport Terminal’s when required to facilitate off site terminal clearance and terminal support;
- Maintain FBO to the highest standards including but not limited to cleanliness and stock levels,
in particular before and after movements;
- Answer questions and advise passengers
/
guests concerning flight schedules, hotels, arrival or departure time,
rest room, snack bar etc. to promote comfort and well-being of all passengers;
- Assist Ramp agents with tasks such as loading luggage on/off aircraft and vehicles;
- Guide and escort passengers/guests to/from designated aircraft;
- Expedite transfer of passengers/guests between aircraft and transportation (e.g. FBO
/
limousine service);
- Manage FBO usage at all times and ensure no unauthorised guest access;
- Process handling files accurately and in a timely manner;
- Be well presented at all times;
- Actively participate in the Companies Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and Quality program;
- Promote safety awareness and to actively encourage open reporting and feedback;
- Any other ad hoc tasks as may be required by your Manager.
