Are you a quick learner looking for a new career opportunity with growth potential at a world-class company? Iron Mountain is looking to make immediate hires for Data Entry Clerks to join our Digital Solutions team in West Columbia, SC.
Position Overview:
Temporary position through fall tax season (approx. September 8, 2025 - October 24, 2025)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Location: 3245 Platt Springs Rd West Columbia, SC (Not a remote position)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM
Responsibilities
Accurately data capture from source data image; data verification is also required
Ability to learn and utilize different rules sets for data capture on different documents
Ability to work flexible schedule responding to incoming volumes
Maintains levels of productivity and quality based on department standards
Maintain confidentiality and security of client information per client guidelines
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies
Must be able to data capture 10,000 alpha numeric keystrokes per hour with 98% keystroke accuracy or better
Ability to input large volumes of data into the system via data keying, meticulous attention
High School Diploma or equivalent
Good verbal and written skills
Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multi-cultural environment
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills
IT literate with knowledge of using all Window based packages
Applicants selected for this position must meet eligibility requirements for access to customer information regulated by the ITAR. Only US Persons are eligible for this level clearance, hence for this position, Iron Mountain will consider only US Persons.
