Primary Responsibilities

  • Market research: Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to support strategic decision-making.

  • Financial modelling and valuation: Support the development and refinement of financial models and valuation analyses to assess potential deals.

  • Data analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to potential acquisitions and strategic initiatives.

  • Document preparation: Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Project management: Contribute to the management of M&A projects, including tracking progress, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

  • Education - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and competitive analysis

  • Understanding of corporate finance principles and M&A processes

  • Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to conduct detailed research and synthesize information effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • English on Advanced/Professional level

  • Working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision is crucial for effective teamwork
