Reporting to the People %26amp; Culture Manager, and working closely with the Head of Culture %26amp; Organisational Development and the broader P%26amp;C Team, you’ll be both strategic and hands on.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will: %26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EDesign, deliver, and continuously improve organisational development, culture, and employee experience initiatives that align with SDPRIA’s People Strategy.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EFacilitate impactful learning and development initiatives, including workshops, coaching, and hands-on experiences to grow capability across all levels.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECoach managers and staff to enhance performance, collaboration, people management, and communication.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEmbed and drive culture and engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and tailored initiatives that foster meaningful change and a positive workplace culture.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECollaborate with the broader People %26amp; Culture team to evaluate initiatives, ensuring they deliver maximum impact, best service, and meaningful outcomes for our people.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cbr%3E%3Cstrong%3EAbout You%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou will bring:%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EThe ability to thrive in high-volume environments with rapidly changing and competing deadlines.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProven experience leading culture, organisational development, or employee experience initiatives, ideally in a complex or evolving organisation.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EA track record of designing and delivering people strategy actions, frameworks, or approaches.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EConfidence and enthusiasm in facilitation and coaching, with the ability to influence and inspire others.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EA genuine passion for fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEnjoyment in supporting staff and managers to build capability and achieve their goals.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ETertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, HR, or a related field.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAre you someone with the passion, drive, and expertise to help us shape culture and employee experience across SDPRIA.
