About Beewise

At Beewise, we develop and operate autonomous robotic beehives that actively protect and support bee colonies — enabling sustainable pollination and revolutionizing agri-tech.

We combine robotics, AI, and environmental tech to bring precision to the heart of nature.

Our operations are expanding rapidly in the U.S., and we’re building a growing support team to ensure continuous monitoring, service, and performance across our hive network. This is an exciting time to join a developing operation with global impact, where your contributions shape real-world results.

About the Role

We're looking for a Tier 1 Remote Technician to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. In this role, you’ll monitor robotic hives across the U.S., troubleshoot system alerts, and coordinate hands-on responses with field technicians and beekeepers.

This position is based in our San Ramon, California office.

You’ll play a critical part in helping bees do their job — by ensuring the tech behind them keeps running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor robotic hives and facility health via telemetry and control dashboards
  • Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for issues flagged by the system
  • Write and assign service tasks for field technicians, including priority and context
  • Support real-time decision-making in coordination with beekeepers and ops teams
  • Maintain detailed incident records and escalate technical challenges to Tier 2 or Engineering
  • Work flexible hours as needed, aligned with field activity schedules and coordination with our Israel-based NOC
  • Support and operate demonstration machines as part of technical showcase and validation efforts

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years’ experience in technical support, NOC, or remote operations
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and confidence in interpreting system alerts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
  • Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups
  • Willingness to adapt to dynamic schedules based on field needs
  • Comfortable with ticketing systems and live dashboards (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, proprietary tools)
  • Experience in agri-tech, robotics, automation, or IoT
  • Previous field coordination or dispatch operations
  • Basic understanding of embedded systems or telemetry
  • Beekeeping experience — nice to have
