Assistant School Office Manager - NLH presso Castaic Union School District

Under the direction of the Site Administrator and School Office Manager, the School Office Manager Assistant will assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the school office, so that a positive impact on the education of children can be maintained.

1. Must successfully complete a pre-employment medical examination and be free of communicable disease. Must meet district and state standards for physical and mental health. 2. Applicants will be required to hold an up-to-date First Aid certificate and a valid CPR certificate. 3. Ability to pass District Proficiency Examination. 4. Keyboard at a level of proficiency required for job performance. 5. High School Diploma or equivalent. 6. Standard office procedures, including the operation of computer and standard office equipment. 7. Knowledge of current office methods and procedures. Must be proficient with current office equipment and technology. 8. Able to communicate with correct grammar, punctuation, spelling and vocabulary in verbal and written form. 9. Bilingual is desirable.

Salary: Range 13, Initial New Hire Placement Step 1 – 3, $22.85 - $24.01 per hour

This position is at Northlake Hills for 8.0 hours per day from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
