đŠ· What Youâll Do
As a Dental Assistant II, youâll be a critical part of our care team, providing direct support to our providers and a seamless experience for patients. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting dentists during a wide range of procedures
- Coordinating treatment plans and presenting them confidently to patients
- Managing patient scheduling and follow-ups
- Sterilizing and preparing instruments and operatories
- Handling patient records, digital charting, and health history updates
- Ensuring clinical areas are fully stocked and organized
- Maintaining a calm, compassionate presence during procedures
- Participating in team huddles and contributing to a positive practice environment
Requirements
â What Weâre Looking For
Weâre searching for someone who brings professionalism and positivity â and genuinely cares. Ideal qualifications include:
- DA Training or equivalent experience
- 2â5 years of hands-on dental assisting preferred
- CDA certification, completed CODA-accredited program, or NC Radiology equivalency exam
- CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Denticon knowledge is a plus
- Professional, clear communicator â especially when presenting treatment and insurance details
- A dependable team player with flexibility and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel to nearby locations if needed
