Make your make in Internal Audit
The Premium Audit Processing Supervisor will support the operation/manager with duties including assignment of work daily/weekly to processing technicians. Assess workload in relation to priorities and critical accounts impacting other business units such as Underwriting, Fusion, Regulatory Reporting and others. Ensure training needs are established on an as needed basis. In addition to formulating written procedures. Maintain a strong working relationship with vendor Accenture in addition to accessing their results and Service Level Agreements. Ensure a high level of quality is produced via a front-end quality review process based on premium size. Have a willingness to accept additional responsibilities as the need arises. Must be skilled in using all AIG applications.
How you will create an impact
- Support the premium audit manager by supervising processing technicians in producing final audit advices for workers’ compensation, general liability and commercial auto coverages. Assess the team’s production, quality and time-service while enforcing accountability. Communicate monthly results back to team while monitoring results against goals.
- Conduct front-end and back-end quality assessment of audit completion in addition to producing and maintaining reporting utilized by the operation and internal audit. Implement improvement action plan if warranted.
- Assess and manage inventory of assigned and unassigned workload to ensure divisional requirements are met in addition to producing reasonable time-service goals to internal and external customers.
- Assess and implement training needs in addition to creating and maintaining training documents/procedures.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Knowledge of rules and regulations for workers’ compensation, general liability and commercial auto as it pertains to premium auditing.
- Strong analytical skills related to the audit process.
- Ability to supervise and lead a team to produce results.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
For positions based in New Jersey, the base salary range is $56,000 - $95,000. In addition, the positions are eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
