AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of  UX/UI Designer.

As a UX/UI Designer at AGCO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our digital products and platforms. Your focus will be on combining user-centered strategies with visually appealing, intuitive interface designs while building a consistent design library. Collaborating closely with UX leads, solution managers, product managers, developers, and external stakeholders, you will ensure that both usability and visual design are seamlessly aligned.

Your Impact

• Lead user-centered product design by understanding user needs, behaviors, and accessibility requirements to create intuitive and effective digital experiences.
• Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-quality visual interfaces in Figma that balance functionality with visual appeal.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards to ensure a cohesive experience across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, clearly presenting design concepts, incorporating feedback, and driving design strategies forward.
• Gather feedback and continuously refine designs while staying up to date with UX/UI best practices, emerging trends, and industry standards.

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• At least 6+ years of related professional user experience design in building functional web applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong communication skills with a proven ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Product Managers, Engineers in agile development environments.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, UX/UI standards, design trends, and best practices, ensuring products offer intuitive and trustworthy experiences.
