This position plays a key role in shaping our most impactful projects—from airport systems to large-scale automation—by serving as the bridge between technical teams, business development, and executive leadership.


This is a salaried exempt position reporting directly to the Director, Project Management.


What You’ll Do

Project Leadership & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and leadership to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies for high-impact projects, including internal updates and external stakeholder engagement.

Budget & Schedule Ownership

  • Plan, manage, and track complex budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Proactively identify variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Minimize operational disruptions and ensure full compliance with reporting and funding obligations.

Team & Culture Building

  • Mentor junior project managers and support staff.
  • Promote collaboration across departments and with external partners.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of project and construction management experience for complex, operational, capital projects (preferably in airport baggage handling systems or related industrial automation).
  • Proven ability to manage projects in high-stakes, 24/7 operational environments.
  • Excellent customer service and execution skills.
  • Experience interacting with senior executives, stakeholders, and occasionally regulatory bodies.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Expertise in budgets, schedules, resource management, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Enterprise Project systems.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Desired (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • PMP Certification or other relevant project management credentials.
  • Familiarity with airport operations, especially at large hubs.
  • Experience with project control systems for managing budgets, timelines, resources, and scope.
  • Engineering experience in industries such as theme parks, security systems, or logistics automation.
