Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assessment Coordinator to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of assessments within the school. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to enhancing student learning outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (in Education, Assessment, or a related field, preferred).
- Experience in educational assessment and data analysis.
- Proficiency in assessment software and data management tools that support educational platforms.
- Knowledge of best practices in assessment.

Requirements
- Have knowledge of and facilitate the following assessment programs: Kinder Readiness, Dibels, STAR, TELL, WIDA Access, CogAt, CMAS, Clever, Renaissance, eduClimber, and Amplify.
- Develop and manage assessment schedules and timelines.
- Provide training and support to educators on assessment practices and tools.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal assessment regulations.
- Communicate assessment results to stakeholders, including parents and school administration.
- Coordinate logistics for standardized testing and other assessment activities.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and student performance.
- Manage and provide support for online assessment systems.
- Develop and present reports for assessments and surveys.
- Make public presentations at district meetings and select conferences.
- Monitor and ensure that all needed documents and data have been submitted.
- Maintain, request, and inventory appropriate departmental supplies including testing materials.
- Scan and process data collection forms.
