Role Overview
As our Ad Monetisation Analyst, you’ll take ownership of the ad monetisation strategy for a diverse portfolio of games, guiding them from their initial prototype phase all the way to a full launch. Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing ad waterfalls, managing all ad monetisation setups, and conducting A/B tests to continuously improve performance. You will be expected to consistently generate and test new ideas for monetization innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own ad monetisation strategy for a portfolio of games: build, optimize, and manage monetization setups to maximize revenue across Lion Studios.
- Design and execute monetisation-related product decisions.
- Lead integration, testing, and rollout of new monetisation partners.
- Manage relationships with ad providers.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and User Acquisition teams to share insights, enhance workflows, and drive efficiency
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Around 2 years of experience in ad monetisation in gaming ideally, although similar app-based tech environments may also be considered.
- Hands-on experience with MAX mediation platform.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, dashboards, or analytical frameworks.
- Self-sufficient, autonomous, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
- Knowledge of Looker for analytics and reporting is a plus
