OPEN POSITIONS

Job Title: SPECIAL EDUCATION SCIENCE TEACHERS
Reports To: Building Principal/ Supervisor, or other administrator if needed
Effective date: 10/27/2025 or sooner
Salary Range: Candidates will be placed on guide according to qualifying experience ($62,289- $104,889)

Position Summary: The above contractual position is available for the 2025-2026 school year. Start date to be determined

Qualifications:

Teacher of the Handicapped required OR
Teacher of Earth Science and Teacher of Students with Disabilities required OR
Teacher of Biology and Teacher of Students with Disabilities required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: See attached Job Description
Technology Skills: Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Frontline Applications, and Student Information System.
Evaluation of Performance: Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the New Jersey Administrative Code and Board of Education policy.
Terms of Employment: 10 Month Contract. Salary and benefits as determined by the Board of Education and any applicable and collective negotiations agreement. See above for specific salary information.
