We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Administrative Support Assistant to join our school community. This multifaceted role offers a dynamic workday with a variety of responsibilities that support both staff and students, making a meaningful impact in a collaborative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Room Operations: 
  Serve as the go-to expert for all production needs, operating advanced equipment and other production tools to ensure high-quality materials are prepared efficiently for staff and classroom use.
• Cafeteria Supervision: 
  Maintain a positive, safe, and structured environment for students during school lunch periods. Promote respectful behavior and ensure school-wide expectations are upheld during non-classroom time.
• Administrative Office Support: 
  Provide dependable backup assistance to the front office  as needed, helping to manage phones, greet visitors, and perform other clerical tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collaboration & Supervision: 
  Work under the limited supervision of the Building Principal, while collaborating with office staff, faculty, and school leadership to support the school’s mission and daily functions.
