Position Title: Director of Content Marketing

About the role

We're looking for a bold and strategic Director of Content Marketing to shape the way our brand shows up to creators, brands, and consumers. This role is ideal for a holistic, creative marketing leader who deeply understands the influencer ecosystem and knows how to create content and experiences that resonate across multiple audiences.

As Director of Content Marketing, you’ll oversee campaign messaging, content strategy, and the creative direction across all touch points — while leading our Events & Experiential Marketing team to bring our brand to life on the ground and online. You’ll be the right hand to the VP of Marketing, helping drive high-impact storytelling, integrated campaigns, and brand visibility in a fast-moving space.

How you will make an impact

Campaign & Content Leadership

  • Own the content strategy across brand, creator, and consumer audiences — from thought leadership to product storytelling to social-first content.
  • Lead the development of integrated campaigns, overseeing the entire lifecycle, ensuring LTK shows up consistently across all physical and digital surfaces. 
  • Collaborate with product, growth, sales and creator teams to create compelling narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
  • Resource Allocation: Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure effective campaign execution. 
  • Communication and Reporting:  Effectively communicating campaign progress and being outcome obsessed: analyzing, measuring and tracking results in clear documentation ready for senior stakeholders. 

Creative Direction

  • Set the creative vision and voice for the LTK brand across  International channels.
  • Partner with internal teams and external creators to deliver engaging, on-brand content across all digital and physical formats.
  • Ensure content is relevant, resonant, and culturally in-tune with trends in influencer marketing, social platforms, and creator culture.

Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Lead the strategy and execution of our event marketing — including LTK owned premium moments, creator meetups, brand-hosted activations, and virtual events.
  • Align event experiences with campaign themes and business objectives, ensuring every touchpoint extends our brand story.
  • Own and manage the total events budget whilst building a growing relationships with senior financial + legal partners at LTK. 
  • Manage the events team, overseeing logistics, creative, performance and measurement.

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a team of content creative and event marketers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, growth, product marketing, and sales to bring campaigns to life.
  • Sit alongside senior members of the INTL leadership team to ensure cross collaboration + objective setting meets the total business need.
  • Work closely with the VP of Marketing on department planning and go-to-market international strategies.
  • The three international markets this role will support are UK, Germany, and Australia.

What you will bring to LTK

  • 8+ years in content, brand, or integrated marketing with experience in influencer marketing, creator platforms, or consumer-facing tech.
  • 4+ years leading a team and driving cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Incredible marketing experience across business initiatives, channels and creative plans - knowing how to build and drive consumer behaviours via sturdy strategies and techniques.
  • A compelling storyteller who understands how to craft narratives that connect emotionally and drive action.
  • Deep understanding of influencer culture, content trends, and what makes creators and brands tick.
  • Experience overseeing live and virtual events as part of an integrated marketing strategy.
  • Able to move fluidly between strategy and execution in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
