You’ll partner closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to build best-in-class candidate pipelines for roles across the company - from revenue-driving go-getters to operational masterminds. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, engage, and qualify top-tier talent for high-impact roles across all departments at Crisp.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, boolean, referrals, events, and beyond).

  • Craft personalized outreach messages that cut through the noise (and make candidates feel like they already belong here).

  • Maintain strong top-of-funnel activity while also ensuring deep candidate nurture throughout the lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing priorities.

  • Deliver insights and reporting on top-of-funnel metrics (response rates, pass-through rates, time-to-contact, etc.).

  • Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator to build and maintain a clean, organized sourcing pipeline in our ATS (Ashby) and other tools.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through prompt, professional, personable communication and efficient pipeline coordination.

  • Calibrate early and often - you’re not afraid to raise your hand, pivot fast, and think in systems, not only tactics.

  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives as needed.

  • Identify opportunities for top-of-funnel process improvement and implement solutions to increase recruiting efficiency.

  • Stay up-to-date with current sourcing methods/trends and AI.

  • Represent Crisp as a brand ambassador, always reflecting our values and leadership principles in candidate interactions.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5+ years of sourcing experience (agency or in-house) in a fast-paced hypergrowth environment - bonus points if focus of sourcing was for Client Success, Sales, Coaching/Training, Marketing, and Operations roles.

  • Expert Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, and AI Sourcing Tools (such as EasySource, Juicebox, Gem, etc).

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Proficiency with G Suite.

  • A magnetic communicator (written and verbal) - personable, articulate, and able to tailor your approach to your audience.

  • Charismatic and confident - you’re not afraid to ask bold questions or challenge assumptions/objections..

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

  • Positive, Team-First attitude.

  • Ability to prioritize competing demands with focus and efficiency.

  • Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work independently.

  • High standards and high ownership - you take full responsibility for your pipeline and treat every search like a championship game.

  • Feedback-hungry and coachable - you want to get better every day, and you welcome input with an open mind.

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting pipelines and best practices.

Pluses:

  • Experience with Ashby, Notion, and Metaview.

  • Experience working in the Legal, Consulting, and/or Professional Services Industry.

  • Experience in the Event/Hospitality Industry.

  • Experience in creating marketing materials/digital assets.

  • Experience with Social Media Management.

  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.

  • A passion for people.
