Your role
We’re looking for someone who can:
-conduct reviews and audits of the Treasury function
- assess risks related to Treasury (liquidity risk management, liquidity risk reporting including FR 2052a, funding management, interest rate risk in the banking book, Treasury Risk Control etc.)
- identify and evaluate the effectiveness of controls designed to address those risks
-prepare audit reports and present audit findings to UBS senior management,
- conduct continuous risk assessments, monitor the risk profile of these areas and developments across GIA network and provide input for planning sessions.

• Weehawken, New York: the salary range for this role is $100000 to $138000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. In your role, you will be covering the audits of liquidity and funding risk management, liquidity risk reporting and interest rate risk in the banking book
Your expertise
- experience (ideally 4-8 years) in audit, treasury, finance, or internal risk management areas within the financial services industry,
- strong analytical skills and willingness to keep up with industry, regulatory developments and learn new concepts and methods
- a detailed understanding of banking products operations and Treasury processes, controls and regulations as well a quantitative approach to problem solving
- reliable when working independently, with sound judgment for when to escalate issues
- risk focused, and capable of using data analytics to gain insights into transactions, balances and data across Treasury processes
- strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present audit findings to senior management
- curious and willing to discover all aspects of the bank, with the ambition to advance your career in an international environment.
