Director of Sales - Eastern US & Canada
Are you a proven sales leader ready to drive profitable growth, inspire teams, and build lasting customer partnerships across a multi-region territory? Endries is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our Eastern U.S. and Canadian markets, setting the vision, developing leaders, and delivering results that directly impact company performance.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role is highly visible and directly tied to P&L performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth. You’ll lead through Regional and Branch Managers, strengthen enterprise-level relationships, and unlock new opportunities that shape the future of our business.

You deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability across the Eastern U.S. and Canada, consistently exceeding annual operating plans.
Regional and Branch Managers thrive under your leadership, building high-performing teams and deepening customer partnerships.
Enterprise and strategic accounts expand under your guidance, with executive decision-makers viewing you as a trusted business partner.
Profitability and operational stability improve across the territory by leveraging financial insights, data, and tools.
You create a culture of high performance, engagement, and retention that develops the next generation of sales leaders.
What Makes You a Fit
10+ years of progressive sales leadership, including 5+ years leading managers of managers.
Proven success driving growth and profitability across multi-region or enterprise-level accounts.
Experience in industrial distribution - fastener industry background strongly preferred.
Ability to engage and influence executive-level customers while building long-term partnerships.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with expertise in forecasting, profitability, and strategic decision-making.
A leadership style that inspires trust, accountability, and results across diverse teams.
