Responsibilities:The GMTIII position is primarily responsible for mid-level Engineering Department maintenance tasks, such as acting as the “First-Responder” to the hotel rooms and public areas, guest calls, HVAC filter changes, Plumbing, Electrical, and preventative maintenance work. Maintenance duties include repairs, upkeep, and property appearance, including hotel rooms, Spa, and office areas. This position can cover a wide range of responsibilities, depending upon the location of the assignment, and is expected to troubleshoot all areas.
Preventative Maintenance: Performs general and preventative maintenance: In hotel rooms, offices, common areas, locker rooms, spa and pool areas, gyms and any other area deemed necessary. Scope of maintenance includes but is not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, mechanical, fire/life safety, pool/water chemistry, tile/vinyl work and associated building trades. Assists in reconfigurations of furniture, gym equipment, medical equipment, etc. Performs routine, ongoing preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs, accurately and timely.

Significant specialized experience (6-10 years’ experience in same or related field).
Associate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required.
