Description

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, Florida, New York and Pennsylvania. We currently have an opening in our Margate, FL location.

Schedule: Floating

Pay: $17/ Hour

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, laundry area, stairways, building exteriors and common areas.
• Performing routine cleaning tasks such as pressure washing, and trash/recycling removal.
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of events and functions held in common areas.
• Providing professional assistance to residents and guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly.
• Assisting with any maintenance or repair needs of the property.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or security concerns to management.
• Work closely with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
• Maintain inventory and organize all building tools and supplies
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Requirements

•  Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or other related fields
•  Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
•  Ability to handle physical workload
•  Deadline and detail-oriented
•  Ability to meet deadlines
•  Customer service experience
