Job Overview

Are you someone who thrives on structure, clear communication, and keeping things moving behind the scenes? Join our Salt Lake City team as an Operations Admin and help ensure every Renewal by Andersen homeowner receives a smooth, timely, and well-supported installation experience.


This full-time, operations-based role is ideal for someone who’s organized, personable, and ready to grow. You’ll work alongside other Operations Admins to coordinate installation schedules, manage homeowner communication, track product timelines, and maintain accurate project files. From sending daily reminders and collecting final payments to monitoring weather conditions and organizing installer packs, you’ll be a central point of contact—keeping projects on track and expectations aligned.


You’ll gain hands-on experience in logistics, customer service, and operational coordination, while building skills that translate across business operations, HR, and beyond. Position Details

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

Salary: $20 to $24 per hour; based on experience.

Position Type: Full-time, benefited, non-exempt, at-will position.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule installations and service appointments directly with homeowners
  • Maintain organized and secure project files, including RForce closeouts
  • Communicate daily with homeowners about product arrivals and scheduling
  • Send reminders for next-day installs and services
  • Manage calendars for installs, paint, drywall, and stucco coordination
  • Collect final payments and ensure clean documentation
  • Track inventory and share product timelines with homeowners
  • Provide project updates every 30 days or as needed
  • Share special requests and job details clearly with crews and homeowners
  • Monitor weather and site conditions that may impact scheduling
  • Conduct product research to support the operations team
  • Organize installer packs for invoice sign-off and breakdown
  • Support general office tasks and assist with day-to-day operations

Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on job requirements and company needs.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Employment offer contingent on a clean, basic background check.

Working & Physical Conditions

  • Office-based role with standard business noise levels
  • Seated work with occasional movement around the office
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs as needed
  • Manual dexterity for computer and phone use
  • Verbal and written communication required to interpret and respond to customer needs
