We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand, licensing, and marketing initiatives that strengthen our presence in the confectionery market. This role oversees licensing partnerships, drives marketing strategies, manages digital content (website and social media), and ensures consistent brand representation across all platforms.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of licensing agreements, including negotiation support, contract review, compliance, and renewals.
- Maintain strong relationships with licensors to ensure brand alignment and adherence to approval processes.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Art, and Packaging teams to ensure licensed product designs meet requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate licensor submissions and approvals for artwork, packaging, and prototypes.
- Partner with Sales to support customer presentations, product pitches, and seasonal launches.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote licensed and private-label products across digital and traditional channels.
- Oversee company website content, updates, and design improvements to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Manage social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics to increase visibility and customer interaction.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
- Monitor industry and consumer trends to identify opportunities for new product concepts and collaborations.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with brand standards, licensing requirements, and legal guidelines.
- Maintain royalty reporting, usage documentation, and licensor communications.
- Support special projects and seasonal campaigns from concept through execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, licensing, or brand management, preferably in consumer products, confectionery, or related manufacturing.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of licensing agreements, royalty structures, and brand approval processes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams, licensors, and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and project management tools a plus.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand alignment.
