Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our Inside Customer Service and Order Management team for our upcoming busy season. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy ensuring customers receive outstanding service, this role is for you. Though not guaranteed, there is potential to convert to permanent at the end of the season should both parties find it a good fit. 

Work Location: Fully onsite. Brentwood, TN.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week, overtime and weekend work possible depending on order flow. 

Seasonal Job: This role will run from late September through January depending on demand. 

Wage: $20-23/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process new orders and reorders for business clients.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate sample requests and follow up to convert them into orders.
• Assist customers in selecting the best products and services for their needs.
• Guide orders through the approval process into production, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in order entry systems and comfortable using computer applications.

• Experience in print production or retail technology is a plus but not required.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
