Pay Range: $50,000 - $71,000
What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
- Support the global compliance function, including the ethics line, compliance trainings, vendor risk program, and the compliance and governance committee.
- Assist on relevant sustainability trends, including the ESG rating agencies, reporting frameworks, sustainability reporting standards and disclosure legislation, and third-party sustainability requests.
- Support the end-to-end process of developing compliance and sustainability reports in partnership with a cross-functional team of stakeholders. This includes the processes for collecting, managing and summarizing the content for inclusion in reports, content development, editing, reviews and approvals, data collection, and report design.
- Track, analyze, and report on metrics in support of compliance and sustainability initiatives.
- Research and coordinate on philanthropic projects consistent with the company’s values;
- Prepare presentations and supporting materials for executive audiences.
- Support and develop compliance-oriented programs focused on adherence to relevant international and national laws including, but not limited to, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws, competition law, data privacy, etc.
- Analyze records of the company, its subsidiaries, and departments and interview management and staff to ensure effective and efficient controls and compliance with applicable agreements, laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
