Community Care Physicians is looking for a full time Payroll Manager to join their team! Typical hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Payroll Specialists, ensuring payroll processes are accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Discuss, contribute and carry out strategic efficiencies with HR Leadership.
- Oversee the preparation, processing, and reconciliation of payroll for all employees, including hourly, salaried, and contract workers.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, including tax filings, garnishments, and wage reporting.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including pay rates, tax withholdings, benefits, and deductions.
- Collaborate with HR to manage employee benefits deductions, direct deposits, and payroll adjustments.
- Address and resolve complex payroll issues and employee inquiries.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports for management, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and tax filings.
- Ensure payroll systems are functioning correctly and work with vendors or IT for troubleshooting and updates.
- Work closely with our HRIS vendor and accounting firm ensuring compliance of out of state taxes associated with payroll.

Annual Salary Range: $81,000- $95,000
