Enhanced Veterans Solutions Inc. (EVS) is seeking a full-time PeopleSoft Administrator to support one of our government contracts.
An Active Top Security Clearance is required for this position to be considered. This is a nonnegotiable requirement.
Primary Responsibilities:
As a PeopleSoft Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. Your duties will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, applying patches and updates, and performing system upgrades. You will manage PeopleSoft security, including user roles, permissions, and authentication, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards. You will coordinate and manage PeopleSoft-related projects, create and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes, and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders and stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft technologies and best practices to implement system improvements. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator, strong technical expertise in PeopleTools, Oracle databases, and related technologies, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage projects. Relevant certifications, such as Oracle PeopleSoft Certified Administrator, are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft applications, environments, and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and availability, tuning as necessary to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the PeopleSoft landscape.
- Apply application patches, bundles, and updates; perform system and database upgrades.
- Administer PeopleSoft security architecture, including user roles, permissions, and authentication protocols.
- Ensure systems remain compliant with relevant regulatory and security standards.
- Lead and coordinate PeopleSoft-related projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process workflows.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and support teams to meet organizational needs.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay current with PeopleSoft technologies, tools, and best practices to recommend and implement system improvements.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in:
- PeopleSoft Administration (Advanced)
- Database Upgrades (Advanced)
- PeopleSoft Security Architecture (Advanced)
- Strong technical background in PeopleTools, Oracle databases, and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage projects.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as Oracle PeopleSoft Certified Administrator are preferred but not required.
- Active Top Secret Clearance is required.
