Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Contract Admin / Payroll Associate located in Chesapeake, VA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves day-to-day management of contract document control, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Responsibilities include contract processing and insurance compliance, contract management, payroll assistance and certified payroll administration, and liaising with various departments to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation.
Qualifications
- Experience in Contract document management and insurance compliance
- Strong Analytical Skills and Communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and contract documentation.
- Proficiency in using payroll systems and certified payroll processing.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Previous experience in the construction or energy industry is a plus.
