FRP Parts Counter Sales presso M&K Truck Centers

Our team is dedicated to supporting first responders by ensuring their apparatus and tools are always in peak condition. We're looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in, phone, and email customers with parts inquiries and orders

• Identify correct parts using manuals, software, and schematics

• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and follow up on order status

• Maintain accurate inventory and assist in stock control

• Coordinate with service department for parts needed in repairs

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships

The Ideal Candidate Would:

• Graduate of High School or have a GED

• 2 years previous experience in parts sales (fire apparatus, heavy equipment, truck, or automotive preferred)

• Familiarity with fire apparatus and emergency vehicle components a strong plus

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

• Comfortable using inventory management and point-of-sale systems

• Ability to lift parts and supplies (up to 60 lbs)
