ÂŁ14.20 per hour â Monday to Friday
ÂŁ16.00 per hour â Saturday & Sunday
â° Shifts â 7 days a week
Day: 06:00/07:00 â 14:00
Evening: 14:00 â 22:00/23:00

Job Description:đ What Youâll Be Doing
As a Reablement Care Assistant, youâll:
- Support people with personal care needs while encouraging independence
- Assist with mobility and safe use of equipment
- Prompt or support with medication as needed
- Help with meal preparation while building clientsâ confidence to manage independently
- Provide short-term domestic support (laundry, light cleaning, bed-making)
- Encourage and support clients with daily living tasks and community re-engagement
- Monitor progress against personalised reablement goals
- Maintain accurate records and report changes to healthcare professionals
