Purpose of Role: The Programme Admin Support role will provide a professional and proactive administration support service to the VP Transformation and TMO Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing complex calendar and scheduling requirements.
• Booking TMO travel and accommodation in accordance with the company policy, preparing and co-ordinating itineraries.
• Raising of purchase orders.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build long term, sustainable partnerships with stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneous
• Comfortable and highly proficient user of Microsoft 365 software
• Experience of working with senior leaders on a large, complex programme
