The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Job Inputs:
- Manage the daily underwriting, servicing and processing of all insurance transactions for a client.
- Thoroughly review all exposures for a client and match the appropriate coverages and insurance products that best fits their needs.
- Understand and adhere to the Underwriting Guidelines for each of the programs a client is insured with.
- Coordinate all billing and accounting transactions with client, agent, fleet & mobility, accounting departments and reinsurers monthly and as needed.
- Effectively manage the new business and renewal cycle for all clients including updated Acords, drivers lists, vehicle lists, CAB and IFTA reviews if needed, loss analysis, web site reviews, supplementals as needed.
- Ongoing communication with client, management, fleet & mobility, and carrier as needed throughout the life cycle of an account.
- Review claims loss runs on all PMA Program Accounts monthly for any red flags. Communicate with fleet & mobility and client as needed including coordinating claims reviews.
- Keep current and effectively manage all clients in Epic (Account Management System). Insure file documentation is in compliance with best practices.
- Assist with carrier and other audits as needed.
- In conjunction with Supervisor and Manager, identify areas for improved workflow efficiencies.
- Assist in the training of new Account Executives.
- Mentor to Junior teammates
- Perform Account Executive Duties on Assigned book
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CIC, CPCU, ARM or other Professional Property and Casualty designation a plus
- Property and Casualty Licensed a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in the use of the EPIC operating platform
Relevant Work Experience:
- 10+ years’ experience in P & C Brokerage Operations and Marketing as an individual contributor or team leader.
- Thorough understanding of Property and Casualty coverages, policies and understanding of marketplace and markets.
- Experience managing $500,000+ premium accounts.
- Experience in reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.

- Works with departmental leadership to work through day-to-day decisions within department

- An established and developed workflow process within the Middle Markets Operations team in:
- Marketing of new Business
- Marketing of renewal Business
- Consistent workflows for servicing of client allowing for easy transition between colleagues.
- Defined performance standards for fair and objective evaluation of individual contributor’s performance within their roles.
- Learning ladder for less experienced employees within their job duties which will allow them to be successful within their role while positioning for future advancement.
- The developed talent and establish workflows to allow team to exceed industry standards for client retention and new business success.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $67,670.00 - $98,125.00 USD annually for full time employees.
