Who we are looking for:
We want our customers to love the products, services, and overall customer experience that GTA provides. As a Retail Sales Coordinator, you play a critical support role in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. You will handle key functions such as scheduling, expense tracking, inventory management, and vendor coordination, while also supporting compliance for federal telecom programs, number porting, and marketing logistics. By working closely with the Retail Sales leadership team and store staff, you will help enhance customer experience and drive operational excellence.
Here's what the role looks like:
- Provide administrative support to the Retail Sales Department, including scheduling, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records
- Track departmental expenses, process purchase orders, and handle invoices in alignment with company policies
- Coordinate logistics for store operations, including supply inventory management, vendor coordination, and delivery of materials to store locations
- Perform administrative functions for federal telecom programs by collecting and reviewing applications, enrolling eligible customers into the federal portal, and maintaining audit-ready documentation
- Handle all aspects of wireless and wireline number porting (port-ins and port-outs), troubleshoot issues, and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Assist with receiving and distributing assets, marketing materials, and promotional items for campaigns and launches
- Partner with cross-departmental teams to streamline processes and support a seamless customer experience
- Provide timely updates, feedback, and reports to Retail Sales leadership regarding operations and process improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned
This is what you'll need to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two or more years of experience in administrative support, retail coordination, or customer service (telecommunications experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of federal telecom programs and porting processes preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Valid Guam Driver’s License required
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
