Do you have a passion for assisting others, resolving issues, and contributing to a supportive team environment? WebCE is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit group that prioritizes collaboration, positivity, and exceptional service, all without the high-pressure atmosphere typical of many call centers.

 

You will start with comprehensive, in-person training at our Dallas office to set you up for success. Once you are confident and comfortable, the role may transition to a hybrid schedule.

A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative at WebCE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate our products and services with confidence. You will answer inbound calls and assist with a variety of needs, including explaining course options, clarifying state-specific certification and continuing education requirements, providing pricing information, processing orders, and resolving billing questions. You will also help direct customers to the appropriate resources when needed. Throughout your day, you will use a variety of tools and systems to find accurate information and deliver it clearly and professionally. Most importantly, you will be part of a team that values collaboration, so you will always have support when you need it and opportunities to contribute to shared success.
