Position Summary |
Leads and oversees training initiatives for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in alignment with New Jersey state regulations and company standards. Manages mandatory employee competencies and certification requirements to ensure full compliance. Supervises New Jersey-based training staff, maintains accurate training documentation and records, and supports all aspects of employee development within the region. Coordinates with State Directors to identify and address state-specific training needs. Collaborates with the Pennsylvania office as needed, while maintaining distinct and autonomous oversight of New Jersey training operations. Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
