Assisted Living Clinical Lead Nurse, LPN

Full Time, Standard 8-hours, 1st Shift 

On Call Rotation Required, Occasional evenings and weekends

The Clinical Lead Nurse provides direct nursing care to Assisted Living residents and Special Care; provides oversight of nursing team members assigned to AL program - working directly with the AL Service Director. Ensures compliance, coordinates care and services for assisted living residents working collaboratively with all Fairlawn departments.

Qualifications

Qualifications and/or Skills Required:

Active Ohio LPN license

High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred;

Must have a wide knowledge of experience working with older adults;

5+ years LTC or Assisted Living experience strongly preferred;

1 year of management or nursing leadership experience, preferred;
