Sun Realty is seeking a full-time, year-round Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of service and satisfaction for both homeowners and guests. This role requires dedication to excellence in property care and housekeeping operations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service
- 2+ years of housekeeping experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Breezeway and Track programs are a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Requirements
Physical/Mental Requirements: Hearing, speaking, seeing, walking, climbing steps, bending, and lifting 50 pounds. Requires reading, comprehension, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.
Machines/Equipment Requirements: Reliable transportation with valid, active NC Driver License, proper insurance, and Inspections (as required in company guidelines); operating computers, copiers, and all office equipment.
Work Environment: Primarily office environment. Also exposed to outside weather conditions, many instances in extreme heat and/or cold and high winds. Maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic situations. Using cleaning chemicals and products.

Hours: Full time, year rounds 5 days, 40 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays required.Days and hours may vary during the peak season. Regular punctual attendance is required.
Salary Range: Pay based on experience and proven ability, determined by Rental Manager and Executive Housekeeping Manager.
