Pharmacist coordinator in AMES serves an integral role in product dispensing and in overall pharmacy operations. These pharmacists are responsible for leading our technician staff, reporting operational concerns or needs, and ensuring patient safety through the medication dispensing process.

Minimum Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy resulting in Pharm D. or BS degree. Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program or equivalent experience is desired.
- Previous health-system experience with responsibility for the supervision of pharmacy personnel is desired.
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Maryland required.
- Hospital and departmental education requirements completed within 90 days of hire. ACLS and/or PALS certification is desired.
Salary Range: Minimum 51.02/hour - Maximum 84.26/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
