 Understand the geography-wise sales plans for Jindal Panther from Retail Market
and cascade them to JPSM sales plans; ensure achievement of same
 Daily Visits at construction sites as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP); Build mutually
beneficial relationships with Influncers ( Masons/Contractors)
 Visit competition dealer locations as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP); Build MIS for
competition sales
 Ensure Customer development and motivation towards Jindal Panther sales and
generation of adequate sales funnel
 Build consumer/ influencer connect as per the region to build brand awareness and
generate leads for the dealers
 Ensure timely delivery of material to the customer
 Submit all required reports / MIS / competitor profiles on time.
