JOB SUMMARY
As a Product Analyst, you will gain first-hand exposure to custom-tailored technology solutions that drive process and pricing improvements across various clients. You will work closely with internal consulting and technology leads, as well as maintain direct client interactions. You will apply your business and technology knowledge to develop creative solutions during the application
development process. These solutions are then incorporated into clients’ day-to-day operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, as a Product Analyst, you will demonstrate a proactive problem-solving attitude by analyzing data and facts to identify
options, make recommendations, and inventively seek solutions that present a compelling argument.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritize and deliver all assigned project tasks on time with quality results, maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
- Follow standard processes, templates, and tools to build client materials efficiently and consistently.
- Identify and communicate project status, risks, and issues that may impact work quality or timeliness.
- Develop detailed user stories to translate client needs into functional software requirements.
- Lead discussions with software developers to ensure effective knowledge transfer from clients.
- Build and maintain standard application documentation and client-facing user guides.
- Own the testing and validation of software functionality prior to production releases to ensure quality.
- Integrate pricing models into technology solutions to drive margin improvement for clients.
- Conduct data analysis and develop insights to support business needs, complete ad hoc queries and reporting tasks under the guidance of team leads while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Scope new functionality with clients by gathering precise requirements for development.
- Lead demos and training sessions for clients to showcase new application features and functionality.
- Collaborate as a thought partner with internal and external teams, actively contributing to individual and team deliverables.
- Participate in company growth initiatives while modeling core values and culture both internally and externally.
Education
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, economics, statistics, actuarial science, data science, mathematics, engineering, computer science
or a related field.
Work Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of professional experience in consulting, product management, data analysis or project management.
- An equivalent combination of relevant coursework, academic projects, internships, and work experience may be considered.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Proficient in computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Driven, analytical professional with strong interpersonal skills and personal accountability.
- Ability to apply analytical frameworks to solve client problems with technology solutions.
- Receptive to feedback and able to apply guidance to improve the quality and effectiveness of work deliverables
- Strong active listening and inquiry skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and accurately interpret client or stakeholder needs
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work quality, ensuring accuracy,completeness, and adherence to established standards without close supervision
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, including potential international travel.
COMPENSATION
The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000, commensurate with skills and relevant experience. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the annual discretionary bonus program.
