PRINTING TECHNICIAN I Under the direction of the Director/Manager of Logistics, operate large and small copy machines and other related equipment used in the production of promotional products, printed materials and publications. WORKING CONDITIONS: Environment: • District Publications Center. • Noise from equipment operation. • Occasional hot working conditions. Physical Abilities: • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate copy machines and other equipment. • Seeing to read a variety of materials and operate equipment. • Bending at the waist, kneeling or crouching. • Frequent lifting or moving objects, normally not exceeding sixty-five (65) pounds. Hazards: • Some chemical odors.
