Base salary will be in the range $93K - $100K + 17% super (HEW Level 6)
About This Opportunity
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our central HR team until the end of the year. In this role, you'll partner directly with hiring managers, providing expert advice and hands-on support to attract and secure top talent. You'll navigate UQ’s recruitment policies and processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

About You
You’re a confident recruiter with experience in delivering end-to-end talent acquisition services, ideally in a large, complex environment. You thrive under pressure, balance multiple competing priorities with ease, and enjoy the challenge of solving problems and improving processes.
Your strong interpersonal skills mean you can quickly build trust with stakeholders and provide exceptional service. And while you're comfortable working autonomously, you're a true team player who’s always ready to lend a hand.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia and criminal check.
