Graduate engineers play a crucial role in supporting our Division Technology team by contributing to the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions. This position will support teams responsible for driving our company's growth and maintaining our competitive edge in the industry. You will assist in various projects, with a focus on learning and exposure to engineering activities that both align with our business objectives and meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop engineering solutions.
Deliver project results in keeping with the agreed objectives of the rotation plan.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Perform research to support project development and stay updated with industry trends.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge as part of the graduate program
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with a specialisation in minerals processing is mandatory
Fewer than two years of work experience
Evidence of strong academic achievement throughout studies
Ability to communicate effectively in local language and English (written and oral), including engineering subject matter
The ability to develop engineering judgment and maturity through exposure to a variety of work environments and challenging tasks.
Ability to seek, accept and benefit from advice from mentors and more experienced colleagues.
Enthusiasm for technology and demonstrable creativity and innovation
Proven Project Management (PM) skills or knowledge and application of PM tools
Ability to apply process engineering methods and tools, and conduct analysis to solve problems and design solutions
Demonstrated commitment to customer service
