Join PALFINGER at our NAM Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL as Regional Senior Manager, Customer Service, driving technical support and warranty operations across North America. You’ll set service standards and build strong partnerships with Dealers and Service Partners. Your leadership will elevate the customer experience and reinforce PALFINGER’s global reputation.
_____Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Customer Service and Warranty standards for North America in line with PALFINGER’s global service strategy.
- Lead the transformation of Customer Service into a modern, customer-focused organization.
- Oversee Service Departments across all product lines, supporting Dealers and Service Partners throughout the Region.
- Direct Technical Assistance and Service Managers to ensure seamless support for customers and products.
- Manage regional warranty processes, software tool rollouts, and service communications, while providing feedback to R&D.
Your Qualifications
- Technical understanding of hydraulic machinery (construction, lifting, or agricultural equipment).
- Strong knowledge of industrial product warranties and related processes.
- 5+ years in after-sales, service, or technical support for heavy/industrial equipment; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing customer service teams and developing staff.
- Skilled in process improvement and MS Office; SAP knowledge and willingness to travel in North America and to Europe are a plus.
