Are you the kind of person who takes pride in a job done right—from the last mirror hung to the final inspection approval?

We’re looking for a Construction Foreman who knows how to get the little things done and still sees the big picture. You’ll split your time between hands-on punch list work (installing fixtures, doing touch-ups, running errands) and walking job sites to ensure units are clean, finished, and ready to pass inspection.

If you’re reliable, detail-obsessed, and know how to make yourself indispensable on a job site, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Walk active units daily and document anything out of place
• Handle punch list work like mirror hanging, closing up walls, screens, caulking, touch-up paint
• Prep units for final inspections and ensure they’re client-ready
• Communicate issues to site leadership with clarity and urgency
• Track your work and own your results
   

Requirements

  What You Bring: 

• Strong work ethic and personal accountability 
• Light carpentry or handyman skills 
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship 
• A valid driver's license and willingness to run job-related errands 
• Bonus: Experience in residential or multifamily construction
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds consistently as part of essential job functions.
