Join the Spirit Mountain team as a Seasonal Float Vault Clerk! In this role, you will play a key part in managing vault cash operations by counting and preparing cash bank distribution, secure vault management, being on site/call to exchange large bills, check out banks, and some bookkeeping duties to ensure smooth financial operations during our busy seasonal periods. This role offers flexible hours, great perks, and a fun work environment. 

Hours may be minimal and can be anywhere from 10-30 hours a week depending on staff schedule and availability. We currently do not have an immediate need for this role so this position will remain open and there could be a long delay from applying to being hired/called in for an interview. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute register banks to cashiers and check them back in.
• Track, record, and reconcile register bank activity and daily "drops."
• Report cash variances and issues to the Vault Supervisor.
• Count and verify cash accurately for daily deposits.
• Maintain vault petty cash balances and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow security protocols to safeguard vault contents and transactions.
• Some other bookkeeping duties as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide support as needed.
