In this role, you will design and apply comprehensive methods, practices, and tools to govern the entire lifecycle of data assets, ensuring their protection and trusted consumption. You will perform maturity assessments on data management capabilities and advise on tools and roadmaps for implementation.
Your key responsibilities
As a Data Management and Strategy professional, you will spend your time defining and executing deliverables that align with business objectives. This role presents the opportunity to engage with clients daily, allowing you to build strong relationships while delivering impactful solutions. You will also have the chance to work collaboratively with other information management professionals, enhancing your analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Define and execute deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Actively participate in client working sessions, contributing to the development of analytics solutions.
- Conduct maturity assessments on data management capabilities, advising on best practices and tools.

- Functional analyst who has designed and implemented new technology-based solutions
- Participate in business development opportunities, proposing solutions that will enable our clients to identify, prioritize and automate their current processes to be more efficient
- Act as an integrator between the needs of client business teams and possible technology solutions to help clients solve their business issues and improve performance.
- Participate in definition of to-be state including creation and maintenance of PDD and SDD throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze business and data processing problems to implement and improve existing computer systems using best in class automation technology.
- Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress and agile delivery tools
- Identify risks early on the implementation and work on mitigation plans.
- Strong understanding of data privacy and governance principles.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in building and managing relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated emotional agility and digital fluency.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience participating in teams of resources in aspects of the delivery of intelligent automation services and the technology life cycle, potentially including operating model/strategy, opportunity assessment, discovery and requirements definition, solution architecture and design, development, testing and production release.
- At least one (1) year of experience using Agile methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and collaboration skills.
- Strong ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, analyze processes, map processes, and communicate effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Proven experience in master data management processes.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise strategy and data management principles.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS or Mathematics desired; master’s degree in one of these areas preferred
- Experience with data management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry
- Familiarity with analytics solutions and their business applications.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Experience with complex problem-solving and critical thinking.
- A track record of driving outcomes in collaborative environments.
- Familiarity with digital fluency and hybrid collaboration tools.
- Prior consulting experience highly preferred
- At least one (1) year of sustained professional experience in programming (including scripting/coding), SQL and relational database and application development.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $76,200 to $125,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $91,400 to $142,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
