WeCare at Sycamore is actively seeking a motivated Floor Care Technician for our community in Montoursville, PA.
Key Responsibilities
· Complete work requisition orders as needed.
· Preform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures.
· Set up equipment and supplies.
· Moves furniture to and from resident’s rooms or other areas
· Dust mops floors, washes baseboards, wet mop floors.
· Buffs floors and restrooms.
· Scrubs floor using scrubbing machine.
· Ensures a safe environment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to operate all equipment in a safe manor.
· Ability to interact and communicate with residents, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner.
· Previous experience within a care facility
· Ability to work independently or in a group.
· Basic understanding of following step by step procedures.
Must have experience operating Commercial Floor Stripper
